Fishing is an activity that may involve a certain amount of physical risks, especially when done offshore. Please be assured that you are in the hands of experienced fishing guides/instructors who are trained and well equipped to handle emergency situations. By signing up for our lessons, you agree not to enter the water or go onboard kelongs (floating fish farms) without the guide’s permission and will indemnify Purehybridz Pte Ltd against any claims, fines, damages, medical bills or accidents that arise from negligence or wilful misconduct. Adverse weather may result in postponement of lessons by Purehybridz but if it is only for a short period of time, the lesson may continue and shelter will be sought for a necessary period of time. No cancellation can be done after payment is made, but bookings may be rescheduled or postponed up to 2 times if done at least 1 day (24 hours) before start of the tour/lesson. Last minute rescheduling/postponement on the day itself will not be refunded. 

Purehybridz Pte Ltd may use any or all of the photographs and videos taken during the lessons/tours for marketing and social media purposes. Please inform your guide after the lesson if you wish for the photos not to be published. Thank you for you kind cooperation and understanding. Please note that any damages (requiring servicing or complete replacement) to rented equipment will be charged accordingly at market rate. For kayak rental, there will be an additional $20-25 extra per kayak per extension of hours rented without prior notice. An official invoice will be provided for this.
